We supply and install a range of aluminium windows and doors designed to reduce heat loss by the use of thermally broken aluminium frames containing a polyamide bridge.
This is a very efficient thermal barrier that reduces heat loss thereby helping homeowners to conserve energy and reduce their heating bills.
Consequently homeowners are able to enjoy warmth, greater comfort and many other benefits including minimal maintenance, enhanced security and added value to their property.
Structurally sound our aluminium casement windows are strong and durable with elegant slim sightlines. The design offers an ovolo, chamfered or square profile edge appearance and a dual colour option which means having a choice of finishes and colours externally and internally.
Homeowners have a choice of window configuration including side hung, top hung, fixed lights and almost any combinations of the fore-going types including bow and bay windows. A vertical sliding sash window completes the range of aluminium windows available.
Styles & Colours
We have available distinctive aluminium window designs that will suit the style of your home. Our unique style of windows are available in a choice of any standard RAL colour as a polyester powder coat paint finish. Dual colour options are also available i.e. a choice of one colour internally and a different colour externally.
All our windows and doors are available externally glazed with glazing beads and flexible gaskets to BS6262. Glazing beads and gaskets will accommodate a range of glazing options including sealed double glazed units with clear glass, obscure glass, safety glass, decorative glass, stained glass, patterned glass, astragals, leaded lights and Georgian bars.
Our aluminium windows are made secure by having a shoot-bolt locking system and key operated locking handles as well as concealed stainless steel projecting friction hinges fitted. Doors are fitted with multi-point locking systems and concealed anti-lift adjustable hinges.
All windows and doors, whatever the frame material, require a minimal amount of maintenance if only to clean the surfaces of everyday dust and grime.
All moving parts such as handles and hinges should be checked annually and lubricated appropriately, where necessary. All aluminium profiles should be washed down using a mild detergent in water at three monthly intervals. Abrasive or corrosive cleaners and materials must not be used.
